Indoniesia Trade Minister Airlangga Hartarto said his ministry has set a target to increase car export to 450,000 this year.In the previous year,the coun try saw exports of 346,000 cars with US$4.78 billion (Bt 152 billion) in profit. According to the Association of Indonesian Automotive Manufacturers,the export of completely built in 2018 was 264,553 cars, a 14.4 per cent increase from the export number in 2017 while the export of completely knockeddown cars grew 6.6 per cent to 86.6 million Airlangga said Indonesia’s automotive products were able to compete in the international market due to the increasing use of local contect following the issuance of regulation on local content requirements. – The Jakarta Post.

บริษัท เดมเลอร์ เปิดโรงงานประกอบรถยนต์เมอร์เซเดส – เบนซ์ในประเทศรัสเซียอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันพุธที่ผ่านมา โดยมีประธานาธิบดีวลาดิมีร์ปูติน เข้าร่วมในพิธีซึ่งเป็นการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศที่หายากในอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ของประเทศรัสเซีย โรงงานในเมือง Esipovo อยู่ห่างจากกรุงมอสโกไปทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือ 40 กม. ซึ่งเป็นครั้งแรกในรอบหลายปีที่ผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ชาวต่างชาติในรัสเซียเปิดลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ครั้งใหญ่ ก่อนหน้านี้เคยมีการคว่ำบาตรทางเศรษฐกิจและเศรษฐกิจก็ซบเซา นายปูตินกล่าวว่าโรงงานจะผลิตรถยนต์ได้ปีละ 25,000 คันและมีการลงทุนในโครงการรวมทั้งสิน 19 พันล้านรูเบิล หรือประมาณ 291 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ นอกจากนี้เขายังบอกอีกว่า โรงงานที่สร้างขึ้นหลังจากเดมเลอร์ลงนามข้อตกลงกับทางการรัสเซียในต้นปี 2560 จะเกิดการจ้างงานกว่า 1,000 คัน ผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ทั่วโลกส่วนใหญ่เปิดโรงงานในรัสเซียในช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2000 แต่หลังจากยอดขายรถยนต์ในปี 2555 พุ่งแตะระดับต่ำสุดในรอบ 10 ปีที่ 1.42 ล้านในปี 2559 ตลาดฟื้นตัวอีกครั้งและมีรถยนต์ขาย 1.8 ล้านคันเมื่อปีที่แล้ว บริษัทกล่าวว่า Mercedes จะสร้างรถเก๋ง E-class ที่โรงงานเพื่อตลาดในประเทศ การผลิตเอสยูวีจะตามหลังจาก E-class สมาคมผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ AEB กล่าวว่ายอดขายรถยนต์เมอร์เซเดสในรัสเซียเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 3 ถึง 37,788 คันจากเมื่อปีที่ผ่านมา
Daimler opens Mercedes plant in Russia
Daimler officially opened a Mercedes-Benz assembly plant in Russia on Wednesday at a ceremony attended by President Vladimir Putin, marking a rare foreign investment into Russia's car industry.The plant in the town of Esipovo 40 km north west of Moscow is the first in years to be opened by a foreign carmaker in Russia where investment into the once burgeoning auto industry dried up amid western sanctions and a stagnant economy.Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Putin said the plant would produce 25,000 cars a year and that investment in the project had totalled 19 billion rubles ($291 million).Putin said the factory, built after Daimler signed a deal with Russia's authorities in early 2017, would employ almost 1,000 people.Most global automakers opened plants in Russia in the first half of the 2000s, but after peaking in 2012 car sales slumped to a ten-year low of 1.42 million in 2016. The market is picking up again, and a total of 1.8 million cars were sold last yearMercedes will build E-class sedans at the plant for the local market. SUV production will follow after the E class, Daimler said.Sales of Mercedes cars in Russia rose 3 percent to 37,788 last year, according to the AEB automakers association.
